ColorBoxGift.com offers the following shipping options for delivery within the U.S. At this time, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO addresses or US territories.

Returns and Exchanges
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps
Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip.
Obtain a gift return (RMA) number by e-mail
Include the RMA number in the following return shipping address

Shipping and Handling
ColorBoxGift.com charges shipping and handling fees based upon the shipment options that you select at Shopping Cart. Shipping charges are automatically adjusted when you add or delete items. We need a little time to process your order before we actually ship it out. Please note that shipping and delivery times are estimates only, and ColorBoxGift.com shall not be liable for delays delivery time. For example choosing next day air does not always mean your order will be delivered the day after you place your order online. Please note we do not offer Saturday, Sunday and holiday delivery. Plus, if the state in shipping address is different from that in billing address, we are not going to process the order unless your information is fully verified. If shipping address is different from billing address, we are not going to process the order unless your information is fully verified. PO Box addresses are NOT acceptable due to a high incidence of associated fraud.

The three shipping options are:
- Ground Service
- Estimated delivery 3 to 7 business days following shipment.
- Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary.
- Available only to addresses in the 48 continental states.
- 2nd Day Delivery ( Express )
- Estimated delivery is by 4:30PM (by 7:00 p.m. to residential addresses) two days following shipment.
- This is two-business day service to major metropolitan areas in Alaska and Hawaii with additional charge, other addresses may require additional days for delivery with additional charge.
- Next Day Air ( Ask us or Use "Contact us" )
- Estimated delivery is by 3:00PM the day following shipment. (Monday-Firday)
Return Policy
Items purchased on ColorBoxGift.com can be returned from refund or exchange within 14 days from the invoice date. No refunds are allowed after 14 days. Items must be returned by mail with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Refund or credits do not include original shipping and handling fees. Shipping fees will not be refunded if shipment is refused at time of delivery. In addition, a restocking fee, equal to 20% of the purchase price will be charged on any returned item, unless the item is defective and exchanged for the exact same item. The 20% restocking fee will be assessed at the time of refund or exchange.
Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will be posted to the original credit card used at the time of sale.
Exchanges are only allowed to the same product if the original product is defected.
Terms and condition
Your use (accessing, browsing, buying, etc.) of this site, ColorBoxGift.com, is your legal agreement to the policies, terms and conditions below.
You and ColorBoxGift.com agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and ColorBoxGift.com. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from ColorBoxGift.com.
You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including U.S. export and re-export control regulations.
If any action is commenced for the collection of the amount due or to enforce the "terms and conditions of sales", the buyer must pay attorney's fees and any other costs associated with the aforementioned action.
The sale shall be governed by and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

If an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, ColorBoxGift.com shall maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If the order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card, ColorBoxGift.com shall immediately issue a credit in the amount of the incorrect price.
